Due to the handmade, custom, and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. This applies to pottery, textiles, feather mantles, jewelry, and all commissioned pieces.

General Policy

Because each piece I create is handmade, often custom, and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. This applies to all pottery, textiles, feather mantles and capes, jewelry, historic clothing, and commissioned works.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun or an item has shipped, except in cases of confirmed damage or error on my part.

Custom and Commissioned Work

• All custom and commissioned orders require a deposit for materials, as outlined in the agreed quote.
• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has started.
• Once a project is complete, the remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• Due to the unique and personalized nature of commissioned work, exchanges are not possible.

Timelines

• Many works require weeks or months to complete, depending on size, complexity, and my existing schedule.
• I will provide an estimated completion date at the time the order is confirmed.
• Delays caused by events, teaching commitments, or the physical demands of my work will be communicated promptly. These delays are not grounds for cancellation unless agreed to in writing.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 5 calendar days of receipt. Include your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
• Minor variations in size, color, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• If damage is confirmed, I will discuss repair or replacement options. Replacement of a damaged item will follow the same production timelines as a new order.

• Sale or discounted items
