General Information
All items are shipped from my studio in the state of Oklahoma. Most pieces are handmade to order, and production times vary depending on the size, complexity, and current workload.
Please read the Production & Booking Policy for details on how I schedule and complete work.
Processing Times
- Ready-made items: Ship within 5–7 business days after payment is received.
- Custom or commissioned items: Processing time will be discussed during the ordering process and may range from several weeks to several months.
- Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- All orders are shipped via (e.g., USPS, UPS) with tracking.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after shipment.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.
- If a free shipping promotion is offered, it will be clearly stated on the website or in the order confirmation.
International Shipping
- At this time, I do not ship internationally. If international shipping is offered, rates and delivery times will vary by location.
- International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to your country’s customs office.
Shipping Restrictions
- I do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives with visible external damage, you may refuse delivery and notify me immediately.
- If you accept delivery and later discover damage, contact me within 5 calendar days with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- I will work with you to determine if repair, replacement, or a shipping claim is appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
- If a package is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier to open an investigation.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processing.
